Construction of 300 Units of 2-Bedroom & 200 Units of 3-Bedroom Housing

Completed Bauchi State.

This is one of the largest and most ambitious residential housing projects in Blue Sea Services Limited's portfolio, reflecting the company's growing capacity to execute large-scale, complex housing developments. Commissioned by the Bauchi State Government through the Ministry of Environment and Housing, this mega housing project involves the construction of 300 units of two-bedroom residential apartments and 200 units of three-bedroom residential apartments — a total of 500 housing units — within a planned residential development in Bauchi State. The project is designed to make a meaningful and lasting dent in Bauchi State's housing deficit, which has grown significantly in line with the state's expanding urban population. The housing estate development encompasses comprehensive site preparation and infrastructure work including land clearing, topographical surveys, soil investigations, and the design and construction of access roads, water supply systems, sewage treatment facilities, electricity distribution infrastructure, and street lighting across the entire estate. Each residential unit is being constructed to high specifications with reinforced concrete structural frames, quality masonry walls, modern roof systems, fully tiled interiors, fitted bathroom and toilet facilities, complete electrical installations, and well-finished external facades. The estate layout incorporates adequate open spaces, drainage channels, and community facilities to create a complete, liveable neighbourhood environment. Blue Sea Services Limited has deployed a substantial team of engineers, quantity surveyors, site supervisors, and skilled tradespeople to manage and execute the various workstreams concurrently, with construction currently at 20% completion. The company is committed to progressing this landmark project efficiently and delivering it to the exceptional quality standards that Bauchi State residents deserve.
