Construction of 50 Units of Two-Bedroom Flats – Adamawa State (Phase I & II)

: Blue Sea Services Limited is currently executing two concurrent contracts for the construction of 50 units of two-bedroom residential flats each (100 units in total across both phases) for the Adamawa State Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. These twin contracts, each valued at ₦215,000,000.00, form a major component of the Adamawa State Government's urban housing expansion programme, designed to provide decent, affordable, and modern residential accommodation to the state's growing urban population. The two-bedroom flat design is optimized for the needs of young families and working households, featuring a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with adequate storage, a bathroom and toilet for the master bedroom, and a shared bathroom and toilet for the second bedroom, as well as a balcony or veranda space. Each flat is being constructed to high standards with quality structural finishes, fully tiled floors and wet areas, painted internal and external walls, louvred and center-hung windows with burglar-proof frames, flush panel internal doors, security-grade external doors, and complete electrical installation. The residential blocks are being constructed as multi-storey structures on a planned estate footprint that includes access roads, parking areas, drainage infrastructure, and shared external facilities. Blue Sea Services Limited has deployed experienced project managers and site engineers to manage both phases simultaneously, ensuring that construction progresses efficiently and quality standards are consistently maintained across all units. With construction currently at 50% completion, the company is on track to deliver these housing units within the agreed schedule, providing hundreds of Adamawa State residents with quality homes that will significantly improve their standard of living.
